Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
To shop online at PUDDLES, you do not have to create an account. Instead, you can use the "guest" checkout feature to shop. However, by creating an account, you can:
- Manage your account details, track your order status and review past orders
- Save your shipping details for a faster shopping experience
- Be informed about new arrivals, special promotions and discounts

What if I don't get a Sales Order Summary?
A Sales Order Summary is a soft receipt emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you don't receive one, check your junk/spam folder. If it still isn't there, call us at 0320-4466884 to confirm your order.
Does adding an item to the shopping cart reserve it?
No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.
How will I know that you have received my order?
The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our records. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at 0320-4466884.
Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?
Yes, we can edit or modify your order within 1 hour of it being placed. Once the order goes under processing, no changes can be made. We also reserve the right to cancel any order before shipping as per stock availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can email us to cancel your order before dispatch at puddlesretail@gmail.com.

What is the delivery time?
Local orders can take between 3โ5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.

How do exchanges work?
Exchanges depend on stock availability. We keep restocking our website, however popular designs do run out fast. Please feel free to contact us at puddlesretail@gmail.com with the product you are looking for and we will do our best to locate it for you.
