Return within 7 days

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be accepted.

Tags & labels must be intact

All original brand tags, care labels, and packaging must be attached and undamaged. Items returned without tags will not be accepted.

Unworn & unwashed condition

Items must be in their original, unused condition — free from stains, odors, alterations, or signs of wear.

Proof of purchase required

A valid order confirmation or receipt must be shared when submitting your return request.

Worn or washed items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use. No exceptions.

Returns will be rejected if original tags or labels have been removed or tampered with.

Sale & discounted items

All items purchased during promotions, sales, or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Requests after 7 days

Return requests submitted beyond the 7-day window from the delivery date will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Color disclaimer: Product colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and photography. Minor color variations from the displayed image are not considered a defect and are not eligible for return.

Contact us within 7 days

Reach out via WhatsApp at 0320-4466884 or email us at puddlesretail@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.

Await confirmation

Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization along with drop-off or pickup instructions within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item back

Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Claim processed in 10 working days

Once we receive and inspect the item, your claim will be processed within 10 working days. You will be notified once the claim is resolved.
